What is Ceftorin (Cefditoren) used for?

Ceftorin (Cefditoren) is a type of cephalosporin antibiotic which is commonly used to treat different bacterial infections, such as those responsible for causing bronchitis, pneumonia, tonsillitis and infections of the skin. It fights the bacteria in the body and prevents it from growing, which helps to treat the infection.

How should I use Ceftorin (Cefditoren)?

Ceftorin (Cefditoren) tablets are normally taken twice per day for 10 to 14 days. Take this medication with breakfast and evening meals. These tablets should be swallowed whole with water. Do not skip any doses while taking this medication, and avoid prematurely discontinuing treatment. Doing so may result in your infection returning.
