Each pack will also be marked with the day on which you should take each tablet. After you have taken the 21 hormonal tablets, you should begin taking the non-hormonal tablets for 7 days. During this 7 day period, you may notice bleeding (known as a withdrawal bleed), which may be similar to your normal period. The next pack should be taken after the 7 days of taking the non-hormonal tablets.
