Cefor Injection (Cefpirome Sulphate) is a semisynthetic antibiotic. It is a fourth generation cephalosporin type antibiotic which is considered to be effective in treating infections which are sensitive to cefpirome, infections of the lower respiratory tract, upper and lower urinary tract infections, infections which affect the skin and soft tissue. It may also be given to patients in intensive care to treat infections.

Patients are usually given doses at 12 hour intervals. However, the physician will always decide when to administer it and how much is to be administered.
