It is used as a treatment for scabies, an infection of the skin caused by tiny mites which burrows under the skin, causing itching, blisters and bumps. This cream kills the mites responsible for causing scabies, while also relieving itching caused by scabies. It is also used to treat itching or burning caused by other conditions affecting the skin.

Ensure that your skin is dry before applying the cream. Gently rub in the cream, and leave it on the skin for 24 hours, after which a second dose of cream should be applied, without washing the body. You should completely wash off the cream 48 hours after the last time you apply it. Patients treating itching caused by other conditions should completely rub the cream into the areas requiring treatment, repeating this process as directed or as required.
