What is Efcorlin (Hydrocortisone/Naphazoline) used for?

Efcorlin (Hydrocortisone/Naphazoline) nose drops are used to provide relief for the nasal symptoms of hay fever, or other allergies that cause sinus inflammation. It is proven to alleviate these symptoms by narrowing the blood vessels in the nose area, which in turn helps to relieve sinus inflammation and nasal congestion. These nose drops may also be used to treat other conditions.

How should I use Efcorlin (Hydrocortisone/Naphazoline)?

Efcorlin (Hydrocortisone/Naphazoline) nose drops hould be administered to the nose directly. Patients should sit down and tilt their head back, and insert the nozzle into the nostril. The prescribed amount of drops should then be delivered to the nostril. Repeat these steps for the other nostril if necessary. If symptoms do not improve after 3 days, you should consult your physician. Do not use these nose drops for longer than this, as doing so may cause a condition known as rebound congestion to occur.
