What is Halovate (Halobetasol) used for?

Halovate (Halobetasol) is an effective topical treatment for various skin conditions, such as dermatitis, eczema, insect bites, poison ivy, allergies and other conditions. It can help to relieve the inflammation and itching caused by these conditions. The active ingredient in this cream is a strong type of corticosteroid.

How should I use Halovate (Halobetasol)?

Halovate (Halobetasol) cream should be applied directly to the skin. Follow the instructions provided to you by your physician. You may be told to apply it 2 to 4 times a day. However, you should only apply the amount prescribed by your physician, and never use more of it than prescribed. This cream should not be used for more than 2 weeks.
