What is Noflam (Naproxen) used for?

Noflam (Naproxen) is a type of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which is used to treat the symptoms of a variety of conditions, such as arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout, tendinitis and menstrual pain. It works by helping to decrease the hormones in the body responsible for causing inflammation.

How should I use Noflam (Naproxen)?

Noflam (Naproxen) comes in the form of tablets, which are taken orally with a glass of water. You may be directed to take this drug 2 to 3 times per day. Patients should note however, that the exact dosage required varies, depending on the severity of the condition being treated. You should always consult your physician prior to taking this medication so that the correct dosage can be prescribed.

What are the side effects of Noflam (Naproxen)?

Some side effects which may be caused by Noflam (Naproxen) include:
