Poxet 60 (Dapoxetine) is given to men as a treatment for premature ejaculation. It belongs to a class of drugs known as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). Poxet 60 (Dapoxetine) comes in the form of a tablet, which should be swallowed whole, with a full glass of water. Patients should never exceed one tablet in any 24 hour period. The usual dose is 30mg, which should be taken 1 to 3 hours before engaging in sexual intercourse. Your physician may increase your dosage to 60mg.
